Genuinely not your typical boba spot - because this is the type of bubble tea that was prevalent in Flushing and is so hard to find nowadays. It's classic, good old fashioned bubble tea, for reasonable prices and without the pretentious and manufactured environments that you see from the chains nowadays. It's got the spirit that defined Flushing for so long - they can make great food, so they'll happily open up a place anywhere, even if it's as a stall in an existing Chinese food place. Amazing. I came here late at night to pick up boba from here on a Too Good to Go order and service was super friendly, and I'd 100% go back during the day. It really took me by surprise just how good this was. I'd even go a bit further and say that because of the remote location, and its proximity to easy parking, this is actually the *best* option for bubble tea if you're a car owner in Flushing.

i tried on too good to go, wow! very tasty. not 100% sure what i got but i think it was some form of tea and pearls, both were super tasty and the pearls were the perfect blend of chewy but not soft or tough. also i think thai tea? and some sort of pudding - esque topping in it. sooo good omggg, i couldnt be limited to tgtg i must share on here!! this is some of the best drinks i have gotten, the shop is super cute too!

Great local gem. Heard about them on social media, and the story behind the establishment is beautiful. A very diverse menu for caffeine lovers / kids / fruit or milk tea enthusiasts. Greeted upon entry by the young lovely owner of the boba establishment- she was super friendly and patient. Came here late night and there was still a line for boba (a good sign)! I prefer to support small boba chains when I can, especially if they’re as delicious and fresh as the one at great east! Will most definitely be returning.

The shop is super cozy and modern, making it a cool place to hang out with friends. They have so many flavors, from yummy milk teas to fruity ones, and the boba pearls are always fresh and chewy. The staff are super nice and help you pick the perfect drink. They even have tasty snacks to go with your tea. If you love boba, you’ve got to check this place out. It’s seriously the best!

They opened a bubble tea shop in Great East and it's so good! The owner told me it's her daughter running it and she seemed so proud. Really brightens up the restaurant, everything looks great. Real fresh tea and good tapioca. Prices are unbelievably reasonable in 2024. We have tried the milk tea and strawberry and both were really good, strawberry uses jam!! I hope they do very well.
